Clip 82441633 reproduction
I am having the clip for the side skirts 3D printed and will try it out next week on my 8.32. They seem to be N/A, as many other parts. Would anyone be interested in this for their Thema?
You can see a screen dump of the 3D scan of it and the eper photo, part no. 5 here:

I picked up samples today and it looks quite good. Next week I will try the fit and report back.
I also see the potential, but question is (if they work) how many I should have made, as price is dependent on this, even though they just have to press a button to produce more

Good job Allan! I'm interested, so let us know if they are fit for purpose.
Re: Clip 82441633 reproduction
This is quite a tricky part to make (geometry wise), I am guessing you had a batch laser sintered (sls)?
I work at a 3D printing company, if you would like I can also look into making some reproductions in my spare time.
Are there any other (small) plastic parts of the Thema getting scarce? I would be happy to try out reproducing some of them

Yes Jimmie! The headlight hight adjustment parts. A plastic join between the automatic adjuster and the headlight inclination screw.

And the 'nut-clamp' part for the upper frontbumper mounting screws!

Hi Jimmie,
I am also looking for those clips. Is there any indication about the price yet?
Does anyone know whether or not you can use the HF integrale clips? These are just available on the internet.

I tried fitting the clips to the car and it seems to work fine. You can see photos in the dropbox folder from my original post.
I have only tried fitting it on the car, and it is without the screws under the car, so no test drive has been done. However, I think the fit is good and it seems solid to me.
Jimmie, I had an original and unused part 3D scanned at work, you can find the .stl file in this folder as well. If you can print it, that would be great. The price indication for 100 pcs is roughly 2.5euro + tax per unit. The original is made of nylon ('frothed' I think it is), the printed is sintered nylon.
If more parts can be made this way, that would be great

Re: Clip 82441633 reproduction
The scan quality is great, the scan clearly reveals it being an injection moulded part, what kind of scanner did you use?
I wonder where do they generally break? The click-finger? While removing them?
Thanks for sharing the STL, I remodelled the part based on geometry of the scan, reinforcing the part at the top, which is probably one of the weak parts while removing these plugs.
I printed a few as a test from ABS. Print technology used here is FDM, parts are printed on their side for optimal strength, but as a result they do suffer some surface roughness where the support material has been after removal.
I will try them out coming weekend on how well they fit
Cost per piece would probably be about 1 Euro using this technique.
