How to check a Lancias history in Spain?

As my car was bought in Spain in 1995 - I wonder if it's possible to get some early info from Spain? For example previous owners. Is that possible and if so - how?.
Besides: is there a page where I can check the chassie number to get info such as when it was manufactured, options etc.

Did you ever hear of Eper? There's an online version with which you can check production data.

Service history can only be obtained by informing with the local dealers who serviced the car.

Well...I've used it. But that's been for parts search. And that was several years ago! I'll have a look
